Research: Teaser Trailer Analysis; Buried

Buried, a completely unique style of teaser trailer, which appears very effective showing 99% of the teaser trailer as a black screen, focusing on mainly the dialogue- phone call and the unsettling emotion portrayed through the conversation. As a constant noise of heavy breathing also illustrates unsettling imagary towards the audience. A flash of amber glowing light from a lighter sparks to tease the audience and also allow them to picture or enhance the imaginary scene of which they have illustrated by the context of the conversation. Immediately BURIED fades in and fades out in a red colour allowing the audience to relate with the colour red which highlights the suspected genre of the film once again. Then COMING SOON.. fades in and out smoothly and slowly mysteriously.
